cours de slalom à Paris

bonjour à tous. Je suis l'Angleterre et j'essaye de découvrir au sujet d'un nouveau cours de slalom à Paris qui est construit. J'ai entendu que c'est un cours standard olympique, et voudrais quelques informations sur elles parce que nous voudrions pratiquer là en hiver. Désolé pour mon Français, il a été traduit par un traducteur d'Internet!

you might be referring to two different slalom courses: one that exists already and another that is presently being build.
Regarding the second one, it is being build at vaires sur marne, east of Paris. as far as we know, it will not open before the end of 2003.
The other one is located at Cergy (west of Paris). This is a privately owned whitewater park. I will contact you directly by email to tell you more about this one

Merci pour l'information. pouvez-vous suggérer n'importe où ailleurs d'aller en en France pendant une semaine de formation? Nous normalement voyageons à * St Pe de Bigorre * mais voudrions aller quelque part autrement. Merci!

There is the slalom course of Saint Pierre de Boeuf and also one at l'Ile de la Serre (south and north of Lyon).
Check on the up side of the main page (slalom) for more info of those slalom courses....

this is privately owned, and you have to call (and pay!) to reserve the course, and it's not cheap. you'll see the prices on the page. the price is per pump, up to 3 pumps.
You can reserve the course individually, for a group of up to 12 (in which case you might have to share the course with others), the price is 63 euros per hour for 3 pumps (12 cubic meters/sec). You can also reserve the course for exclusive use, at the cost of 105 euros per hour

What are the water levels like in St Pierre de Boeuf & l'Ile de la Serre in February, this is when we are coming to France? Do all the French team train at St Pe de Bigorre in the winter, or do they train somewhere else as well?
What is epinal like over the winter time?

There is a slalom course at Foix (south-west) witch isan't very far away from St Pé (1 or 2 hours drive).

je sais que c'est pas ce qu'il y a de mieux et de plus fabuleux, mais si vous allez à saint-pé depuis l'angleterre, je vous conseille une petite halte à Poitiers (st-benoit) il y a un petit bassin de slalom sympa (qui a surement l'avantage d'être situé sur vôtre route).

decidément, il fo vraiment que je me metes à l'anglais

ou mieux en encore : allez donc faire un tour sur la gartempe à lathus (à l'est de poitiers). il doit y avoir plein d'eau en ce moment : avec des bateaux de slalom c'est vraiment sympa.

activités --> kayak --> compétiton club

le débit est naturelle et interessant presque que toute l'année (surtout avecles pluie d'automne qu'il y a en moment)

St Pierre and the Isle de la Serre can be good opportunities but the problem is that there'll probably be some snow in February !! If you don't mind just a bit of snow to roll in after your session, it's perfect !!...

Otherwise, this 2 courses are good places for slalom training, especially that they are not far from each other.
Don't forget to book though seeing that the courses will be shut wekktime unless they having bookings !!
