bonjour et bonne anneé 2006 a touts !

comme les autre fois, je vais user l'anglais, ce plus, plus simple por moi, excuse moi svp !

I think about t buying a canoe gonflable (env 20 kg) in the east-pyreenees (near prades). the seller isn't very interested to sell it (as it seems), and I have to care for the transport to my friend near nimes.
does anybody of you knows a cheap way to send this package ? does anybody knows a french hompage where I can calculate the fee for the transport? I only know this here for germany.
I would be very pleased, if anybody could help me solve the problem, so thanks a lot for your help.
maybe there's someone of you who drives the way prades-nimes (or more) time by time, so that he could do the transport (not for free, of course) ?
of course, if anyone wants to buy a used kayak here from belgique, netherlands or germany, it would be a pleasure for me to help you, too. normaly I do the tour aix-la-chapelle->nimes at least twice a year, next time about eastern.

quitte à aller à nimes pousse jusqu'à prades pour te faire une descente de la tet au printemps à la fonte des neiges, tu récupéreras le bateau à ce moment la !

next time I only go to montelimar. from there to prades and back it's about 700 km to drive, that doesn't make sense when adding time, money for fuel and money for the motorway (class 2).

Et c'est là que la fonction traduction d'EVO prendrait tout son sens (je pense à ceux qui ne parle pas forcement anglais, si il existent...)

I have sent my Sub7 (209 cm) last week with La POste (www.laposte.fr) the cost was 37 Euros for 16 Kg with insurrance for a value of 458 Euros. It was delivered in 2 days. It can be half price but without insurrance and 5 days deliverance.
Be careful with the length and the weight of yout boat, try to phone to a local LaPOste agency to check if it is possible to send a boat with these dimensions.

tu dois avoir une agence sympa, j'avais déjà eu du mal à retourner ma pagaie chez wonderland alors pour un bateau, je n'ose même pas imaginer !

You can also use SERNAM, it is a reliable french transporter ... Above is the link to their home page (in French language of Course).. they can ship anything any weight any size any speed...
Also you can ask UPS or DHL for a quote ...

Petite précision : 37 Euros c'est avec un mandat contre remboursement cad que la personne qui réceptionne le bateau doit payer le montant précisé (cad le prix du bateau) pour récupérer son colis.
Ensuite je reçois un mandat et je vais retirer illico mes soussous à la Poste près de chez moi.

La bateau a été livré en 3 jours et j'ai reçu le mandat 3 jours après la livraison du bateau cad 7 jours après avoir 'posté' mon bateau.

NB : perso j'ai partagé les frais de port avec l'acheteur (enfin l'acheteuse ! Hi Lucie ) 20 euros pour lui (elle !), 17 pour moi comme ça tout le monde est content.

NB 2 : l'asssurance est de 458 Euros en cas de perte, je ne sais pas comment ça se passe dans le cas d'un bateau dont la valeur est > à 450 Euros (moi je l'ai vendu moins que 450 Euros)
