Our Cross Max® process uses high density metallocene polyethylene to rotomold extremely strong and durable kayaks.


Rotomolding modern whitewater kayaks can be a difficult task. The distinct edges and hull features that give you control on the water can be tricky to mold correctly. In addition, kayakers are putting more stress on their kayaks than ever before, making toughness and durability a huge issue. With our Cross Max® production, we’re constantly refining the rototmolding of our kayaks. Our Cross Max® constructed kayaks are designed from the ground up to be as light and as stiff as possible. As part of the process we’ve been able to reduce the overall weight of the kayak by engineering boats that use their edges to provide strength and rigidity, thereby reducing the total amount of material.

Regardless of boat model, each kayak that exits the mold must meet our rigid quality standards or it will never touch water. Cross Max® insures that every hull and deck feature is exactly how the designer envisioned it, making sure you get the most out of your Riot kayak. In recognition of this evolution in the rotomolding process, Riot has recently been recognized for our Innovation by the National Plastic Industry Association.

Y a pas d'erreurs de ta part Pascal, c'etait bien pour le Xytec! ils en ont peut etre recut un autre pour celui ci mais c'est etrange tout ca.

De toute façon, vu la quantité astronomique de superlatifs utilisés sur les pages Riot.... hein vous trouvez pas !?
